Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes. Funds received from third-party accounts or unidentified sources will be frozen and investigated. Bingo Football reserves the right to report any suspected money laundering or fraud to the relevant authorities.
To make a withdrawal, your account's KYC must be complete, and funds are generally returned via the same payment method used for the deposit. Bingo Football processes every withdrawal request within 24 hours of verification. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Keep in mind: If you have an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement and you submit a withdrawal, the bonus will be forfeited. Before requesting a withdrawal, check your progress in the Bonus section.
Participating in any Bingo Football bonus offer means both the offer's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions apply. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and maximum bet limit.
While a bonus is active, a maximum stake limit applies to each bet — typically ৳500 or 5% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. If this limit is exceeded, any winnings beyond the permitted stake may be forfeited, even if the bet is successful.
Winnings from bonuses may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap — for example, free spin winnings may only be withdrawn up to ৳5,000. The specific limit is stated in each offer's terms.
Once a bet on Bingo Football is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled — unless it was placed at odds that were clearly displayed in error due to a technical fault. Bingo Football reserves the right to void bets placed at such obviously incorrect odds.
For live betting, if your internet connection is interrupted, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply — regardless of any subsequent changes. If a match is cancelled, all bets on that match will be refunded. However, in a parlay or accumulator involving multiple matches, the cancelled match will be counted as a "push" (odds of 1.00).

Bingo Football's liability for losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or third-party issues is limited. Bingo Football is not responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection.
Any financial losses from betting are entirely the member's own responsibility. Bingo Football does not guarantee winnings — this is an entertainment activity. Please play responsibly and never bet more than you can afford to lose.
Bingo Football may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance via their registered email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
